家蚕杂交种丝质成绩与茧质成绩相关性分析

Analysis of the Correlation between Silk Performance and Cocoon Quality Performance of Hybrid Silkworm

[目的]对家蚕体质茧质成绩进行调查和分析,以为育种工作者提供参考。[方法]针对现行部分蚕品种的一代杂交种进行了茧质成绩和丝质成绩的调查,并做相关分析。[结果]试验结果认为,杂交种茧丝纤度与茧质成绩呈显著正相关。解舒率与茧质成绩呈负相关,部分达极显著。净度与茧质成绩呈负相关,但均不显著。解舒丝长与茧质成绩呈正相关,部分达极显著。纤度与解舒率、解舒丝长、净度均呈负相关,净度、解舒率和解舒丝长之间两两呈正相关,但都不显著。该试验结果与林昌麒,虞晓华和贾仲伟的试验结果分别具有相似的地方,与潘沈元的结论则有更多一致。[结论]结合试验结果和业内工作者已做的工作,可为蚕品种选育工作者提供些建议和参考。

[ Objective ] The reference for the breeding workers in silkworm-breeding was provided through the investigation and analysis of the physical quality and cocoon performance of silkworm. [ Method] The physical quality and cocoon performance of F1 of some silkworm species were investigated and analyzed. [ Resultsl It was concluded that there was a significant positive correlation between silk size and cocoon quality of silkworm hybrids and a negative correlation between the reelability percentage and the cocoon quality（ significant negative correlation in some species）. There was a negative correlation between the purity degree and the cocoon quality but not significant. There was a positive correlation between the length of reelability silk and the cocoon quality（ significant negative correlation in some species）. There was a negative correlation between the size and the reelability percentage, the length of reelability silk, the purity degree, respectively, and There was a positive correlation between the length of reelability silk and the purity degree, the reelability percentage, respectively but not significant. The test results were similar to what Ling Changqi etc. did and were more consistent with the conclusion made by Jia Zhongwei. [ Conclusion] The advice and reference for silkworm breeding were provided combined on the testing results and what in the industry done by the breeders.
