摘要
绿茶是一种季节性生产、全年消费的产品,其贮藏销售需经历一个较长的高温高湿季节,因此成茶易于劣变。对绿茶的特性、绿茶贮藏方式以及绿茶贮藏过程中的品质品性变化进行了总结。
Green tea is one kind of seasonal - produced but annual-consumed drink. Usually, green tea is stored for a long period containing a season of hot and wet, which leads to the quality deterioration. The quality characteristics, the storage strategy and the quality of green tea change during the storage were reviewed.
