摘要 针对我国典型大中型灌区存在的问题,结合区域可持续发展的评价理论,提出了灌区可持续发展的评价指标体系,建立了灌区改造综合评价的投影寻踪模型,利用模拟退火算法优化其投影方向,根据投影值对节水改造效益进行了科学评价。 Aiming at the existing problems in typical large-middle-scale irrigated area in our Country and combineing with the evaluation theory on regional sustainable development, the evaluation index system for sustainable development of irrigated area was proposed and the projection pursuit model for comprehensive evaluation on irrigated area reconstruction was established. And its projection direction was optimized by simulated annealing algorithms and the benefit of water saving reform was scientifically evaluated aceording to the projection value.
