摘要 采用单辊甩带法制备快淬Pr1.4Fe10.5Mo1.5和Nd1.4Fe10.5V1.5合金薄带.TEM和XRD分析确定了该两种合金快淬薄带为具有TbCu7型结构的1:7相DTA和XRD表明:Pr(Fe,Mo)7转变为1:12相变点为674.78℃,α-Fe析出温度为819.87℃,Nd(Fe,Mo)7转变为1:12相的Nd(Fe,V)12相变点为78417℃,室温至1300℃未见α-Fe析出. The ribbons of Pr1.4Fe10.5Mo1.5 and Nd1.4Fe10.5V1.5 have been prepared bymelt-spinning process. The ribbons are determined to 1:7 phase with TbCu7-type sturctureby TEM and XRD. DTA and XRD show that the temperature of Pr (Fe, Mo )7 beingtransformed into 1:12 Phase, Pr (Fe, Mo )12, is 674.78℃; α-Fe being decomposed fromPr (Fe, Mo )12 is 819.87℃; the temperature of Nd (Fe, V )7 being transformed into 1: 12phase, Nd (Fe, V )12, is 784.17℃, while in the temperature range from room temperatureto 1 300℃, there is no α-Fe being observed.
