摘要
将4,4′-二硝基二苯胺用 SbCl_5/I_2直接碘化制得2-碘-4,4′-二硝基二苯胺(3)和2,2′-二碘-4,4′-二硝基二苯胺(6)、3和6用 K_2S_2O_8/H_2SO_4关环分别得到4和7、4经还原和乙酰化得到5,7经还原得到8,将8重氮化、卤代分别得到9,10和11.化合物4,5,7-11均为新的9-亚胺-二苯并型碘杂环化合物,它们的结构已通过 IR.NMR 及 MS 确征.
2-iodo-4,4′-dinitrodiphenyl amine 3 and 2,2′-diiodo-4,·4′-dinitrodiphenyl amine 6 are prepared by direct iodination with SbCl_5/I_2from 4,4′-dinitrodiphenyl amine.Cyclization of 3 and 6 with K_2S_2O_8/H_2SO_4 results in 4 and 7,respectively.The 4 is reduced and acetylated togive 5.The reduction of 7 obtaines8.And the 8 is converted into 9,10,11 respectively by diazotization and halogenation.Compounds 4,5,and7-11 were new 9-imine-dibenzo-cycloiodonium salts.Their structurescan be confirmed by IR,NMR,and MS.
