摘要
针对截割头体表面按螺旋线分布多个空间平面零件加工特点,进行参数分析,设计夹具,计算坐标,科学选用刀具,设计数控加工编程,使用三轴联动镗铣床(相当T6113)代替五轴联动数控设备完成该零件加工。
According to the many space processing planes by the spiral line on the cutting head body,they complete their components on the three-axle linkage CNC boring and milling machine(analogous to T6113 machine) instead of five-axle linkage CNC machine by its parametric analysis,jig design,calculation of the coordinates,tools selecting,and the machining programming.
