摘要
反贫困政策是中甸县域经济政策体系中重要的组成部分之一．从其所要发挥的功能看，反贫困政策既不同于一般生产支持政策，又有别于一般社会救济政策．本文围绕中甸反贫困政策的指导原则，反贫困政策内容、措施展开论述，以供商榷．
The poling of anti-poverty is an important component of economic policy system in Zhongdian county.From the viewpoint of power which it can develops,anti-poverty poling is diflerent from both common poling at production support,and society welfare poling.In this paper, based on the direction principle at anti-poverty poling,the content and measures at anti-poverty poling are discussed.
