75t/h Tornado Vertical Furnace Superheater Tube Analysis and Recommendations

鹤岗矿业集团公司热电厂的4台75t/h立式旋风炉于1986年投产。十多年来,运行工况一直比较正常。但近年来,各炉均多次发生过热器爆管停炉事故,经检查为过热器管管壁局部磨损严重造成,文中对此种锅炉过热器管磨损的原因进行分析,并提出一些处理建议。
