“一地两检”模式下对旅检工作的思考

Considerations of Passengers Quarantine Work in the Mode of "Twice Inspections at One Port"

深圳湾口岸作为中国唯一采用"一地两检"通关模式的陆路口岸,具有其独特性,为深港双方的进一步合作提供了平台,并对传统卫生检疫工作提出新的要求。在"一地两检"模式下如何完善卫生检疫工作,笔者在加强深港双方沟通联络机制、加强技术交流、创新模式等方面提出意见和建议。

As the only ground port adopted＂Twice Inspections at One Port＂mode of clearance, with its uniqueness, Shenzhenwan port has provided a platform for further cooperation, and a new requirement for traditional health quarantine work. The author put forward some suggestions and ideas on how to further improving quarantine work in different aspects such as strengthening communication mechanism, technical exchanges, innovating modes under the mode of ＂Twice Inspections at One Port＂.
