摘要 目的Rosco纸片扩散法在酵母样真菌药敏试验中的临床应用评价。方法应用Rosco纸片扩散法和美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)M27-A宏量肉汤稀释法测定临床分离的110株老年病例中不同酵母样真菌菌株对氟康唑、两性霉素B、伊曲康唑的药敏状况,并以3株酵母菌株作质量控制。结果2种方法完全符合率是92.7%,未出现一种方法测得的敏感或耐药菌株,在用另一种方法检测中为耐药或敏感的严重错误。结论Rosco纸片扩散法可以替代NCCLS M-27A宏量肉汤稀释法在临床推广使用。 Objective To evaluate the application of Rosco disk diffusion method on the clinical antifungal susceptibility test for yeast-like fungi. Methods The fluconazole, amphotericin B and itraconazole susceptibility test were performed by Rosco disk diffusion method and NCCLS M27-A broth macrodilution method with 110 yeast-like fungus strains isolated from clinical elderly patients' specimens. 3 standard strains were used as the quality control. Results Coincidence rate of the two methods was 92. 7%, the sensitive strains detected by one method didn't show resistance in another detection method,and the resistant strains detected by one method yet didn't show sensitivity in another. Conclusions Rosco disk diffusion method can be used in clinical detection instead of NCCLS M27-A broth macrodilution method.
