严寒地区窗户热工性能对建筑能耗的影响分析 被引量:17

摘要 目的研究窗户热工性能对住宅建筑能耗的影响.方法分析建筑能耗的主要影响因素;其次选取典型的住宅窗户,分析窗户的热工性能;利用DeST-h计算某住宅模型在不同窗户热工条件下的能耗.结果除了窗户传热系数外,太阳得热系数也是影响窗户能耗的重要因素,在沈阳地区的气候条件下太阳得热系数的变化对冬季能耗影响十分明显.结论对于严寒地区,盲目选用低传热系数同时也是低太阳得热系数的窗户,将造成资金和能源的浪费.把窗户的传热系数和太阳得热系数综合起来考虑,才能选择一个真正适合该地区的具有优越热工性能的窗户. Energy saving of buildings, as a development tendency of the modem buildings,is attracting more and more people's attention. The paper chooses the typical residential windows to analyze the thermal performance of the windows and gets the major factors of the energy consumption of the windows:the coefficien of heat transmission and the SHGC. The building model in Shenyang in winter is used to simulate energy saving of windows by applying Dest-h. According to the simulation results, the paper deems that it is the better thermal performance windows in general for the sub-zero area if the coefficient of heat transmission and the SHGC are considered together. It wastes funds and energy to select the lower coefficient of heat transmission and the lower SHGC blindly.
