摘要
根据对四氯化钛水解特性的理论分析,研究了液相沉淀法制备电子陶瓷材料钛酸钡粉体过程中,原料液四氯化钛配制的影响因素,提出了应采用冰水浴和加入浓盐酸控制溶液的酸度等适宜工艺条件,来抑制四氯化钛水解的进行。
Based on the TiCl4 hydrolysis theoretical analysis, the effect on TiCl4 confected were studied in producing barium titanate powders of electronic ceramic materials by the liquid-phase deposition , and optimized conditions that the ice-water bath temperature and adding hydrochloric acid in the raw TiCl4 solution were putted forward , so as to control the process conditions that were suitable to slowed down. the hydrolyzing rate of TiCl4.
