摘要
在分析城市客运需求发展概况的基础上,探讨既有铁路主要技术特点,并提出基于城市客运服务的既有铁路技术改造的规划的前瞻性原则、系统的协调性原则、设备与技术的统一性原则和运营组织的灵活性原则,从线路走向、车站分布、运营组织、技术标准和主要设备设计原则等方面对金山支线上海城市客运服务的线路改造方案进行了案例分析。研究结果表明,本线全部投资经济内部收入率达10.4%,经济净现值为98467万元,经济效益较高。
By analyzing the urban passenger travel demand, the technical characteristics of the existing railway and urban rail transit were discussed. The principles of upgrading of the existing national railway lines was pro- posed, such as prospective planning, coordinative transportation system, unify devices and technology, and flexi- ble operation and organization. Moreover, Jinshan branch railway line was adopted as an objective of the case study. Results indicate that the project is acquired sound financial benefit, the national economic benefit with the economic internal rate of return (EIRR) and economic net present value (ENPV) reach 10.4% and 98467 Yuan , respectively.
