Objective: To study the dynamic changes of blood parameters in patients with acute organophorus pesticides poisoning (AOPP) and clinical interventional effects of Penehyclidine hydrochloride. Methods: 34 patients with acute organophorus pesticides poi- soning were taked the treatment of Penehyclidine hydrochloride, and analyzed on dynamic changes of blood parameters in the first, third, fifth, seventh and ninth day after admission. Results: The blood parameters of patients got the significant improvement after the treatment ofPenehyclidine hydrochloride. There were statistical significance in blood parameters of patients pre and post treatment (P〈0.05). The results of blood parameters in AOPP patients had statistical significance among different degree poisoning (P〈0.05). The vaule of WBC and N were highest, and the vaule of other parameters were lowest in severe poisoning group. The results of MCV and PCT had no statis- tical significance (P〉0.05), and the results of other parameters had statistical significance in AOPP patients with complications and non-complications (P〈0.05). Conclusions: The AOPP patients can get good clinical effect by the treatment of Penehyclidine hydrochlo- fide. The different degree poisoning and complications will obviously effect on the blood parameters of AOPP patients. It privides the theoretical basis on pathological changes of AOPP patients. It is helpful to observe the clinical severity and to evaluate prognosis of patients.
