不同炮制方法对牡丹皮相关药理效应的影响 被引量:6

Effects of different Processing to some pharmacodynamic action of Cortex Moutan

摘要 目的:探讨不同炮制方法("去心"、"清炒"、"酒制"、"制炭")对牡丹皮相关药理效应(抗炎、镇痛、止血、保肝等)的影响。方法:醋酸扭体实验、热板法探讨对镇痛药效的影响;采用毛细血管通透性探讨对抗炎作用的影响;测小鼠出血、凝血时间探讨对止血作用的影响;制作小鼠急性肝损伤,探讨对护肝、保肝作用的影响。结果:①炒炭炮制品具有较好的止血作用,与其他各种炮制品相比,差异显著,P<0.05,其他各种炮制品之间比较无显著性差异,P>0.05;②在保肝作用方面,"去心"、"清炒"法较好,与其他炮制品比较,差异显著P<0.05;"酒制"次之,"制炭"较差,但两者比较无显著性差异,P>0.05;③在抗炎、镇痛药效方面,"去心"、"清炒"、"酒制"之间无显著性差异,但以上3种炮制方法均优于"制炭",P<0.05。结论:炮制方法对牡丹皮的药理效应有一定的影响:"制炭"止血作用做好,但减弱了其抗炎、镇痛、护肝的作用;"酒制"法可能对抗炎、镇痛作用有好处;"去心"、"清炒"法之间的药理效应在本研究中无显著差异。 Objective: To explore different processing (discarding the pith of plant,stir-baking simply,processing with wine,car- bonizing) to some of the pharmacodynamic action(Antiinflammatory,Analgesia, Haemostasis, Protect Liver function) of Cortex Moutan. Methods: Observe the analgesic action by mice hot-board and acetic-acid-induced twisting experiments, the N1H mice intraperitoneal in- jection Acetic acid solution, intravenous injection Ivans by caudal vein, observe the effects of ShuangHuangTongbi granules to the in- flammation oozy. to measure the bleeding and clotting time ,inorder to explore the hemostasis of the different prcesing Cortex Moutan. make manufacture Hepatic injury model to explore the Protecting Liver function of the different procesing of Cortex Moutan. Results: we find that in Haemostasis the carbonizing was better than the other procesing methods p〈0.05.the effect of protecting the liver function dis- carding the pith of plant,stir-baking simply were better than the other procesing methods p〈0.05, in the actions of Antiinflammatory, Analgesia the discarding the pith of plant,stir-baking simply,processing with wine almost the same. the method of processing with wine maybe better, but have no significant different p〉0.05, the methods all above all better than the method of carbonizing, p〈0.05. Conclu- sion: The procesing methods have some different effects to the Cortex Moutan to its Pharmacodynamic action, in the function of Haemostasis the method of carbonizing was better, but this method may dicreased the functions of Antiinflammatory,Analgesia、Protect i Liver function; the methods of processing with wine may increased the function of Antiinflammatory,Analgesia.the methods of discard- ing the pith of plant,stir-baking simply have no significantly in each other.
