血管肽酶C及其心血管生物学

The cardiovascular biology of angiotenase C

摘要 血管肽酶C(Angiotenase C,Ang C)是一种脯氨酰羧基肽酶(prolylcarboxypeptidase,PRCP)能水解血管紧张素II,III分别生成血管紧张素1-7,2-7,也可以通过激活高分子激肽原和前激肽释放酶参与缓激肽的释放。许多临床研究和基础实验证实血管肽酶C涉及到先兆子痫、类风湿性关节炎和高血压的病理生理过程,并具有保护心血管的作用。 Angiotenase C, a prolylcarboxypeptidase, can convert Angiotensin It and Angiotensin III to Angiotensin 1-7 and Angiotensin 2-7, respectively, and activated high molecular weight kininogen (HK) and prekallicrein (PK), when HK and PK binds to en- dothelial cell membrane, resulting the release of BK. Recently, observations obtained from clinical and experimental studies suggested that Angiotenase C involved in many physiological and pathological processes including preeclampsia, rheumatoid arthritis and hyperten- sion, and have cardiovascular protective function as well.
