摘要
研究了高碳过共晶28%Cr铸铁离心铸造直管的组织特点及磨料磨损特性.结果表明,在离心力的作用下,过共晶碳化物易向管壁内侧偏析,从而形成具有高强度的共晶组织外层及高耐磨性的过共晶组织内层.两层性能各异的组织适合耐磨直管的性能要求.
In this paper the microstructural characteristic and abrasion wear resistance of tubular casting made of high carbon 28% Cr cast iron by centrifugal casting method were investigated. It is shown that hypereutectic carbide segregated easily to the tube's inner because of the effect of centrifugal force, then an eutectic outer layer with higher strength and a hypereutectic inner layer with good wear resistance were formed. The two layers having different properties adapt to the demand of wear resistant tubular casting.
