摘要
塑料注射模CAD标准模架的尺寸组合种类繁多,为便于计算机处理这些数据和图形,根据模架类型和主要参数,设计了标准模架的参数型编码,用三段、六个变量来表示标准模架,这样,通过输入已确定的工件参数和相关条件,计算机便可选定所需标准模架,从而减少了模具的设计过程,为实现参数绘图奠定了基础.
In CAD of the plastic injection mold, there are lots of types of mold carriers and many combinations of dimensions . In order to deal with such information, the parametric coding of a mold carrier is introduced. It has three sections with six variables to identify standard mold carriers. After being inputted the dimensions and the other features of workpieces, the computer will select a suitable mold carrier easily. On the other hand, the parametric coding is the base of computer drawing.
