摘要
针对煤矿抽风井实时风量测试中存在断面大、传感器选择难的问题,提出了将微型压力传感器和嵌入式控制器nRF24E1融合实现利用压力测试风量的方法,应用平板流量计的工作原理,实现了大断面大距离高精度的风量测试,实验证明系统设计合理有效,具有很好的应用推广价值。
Aiming at the difficult selection of sensor and big cross section during the real - time air flow rate test in the well of coal mine ventilation, the paper puts forward the method by syncretizing the micro pressure senor and embedded controller nRF24E1 to test the air flow rate by the pressure . Using the principle of plat flowmeters, it realizes the air flow rate test with big cross section, long- distance and high accuracy, experiment has proved the system was reasonable and effective, and has high values of application and promotion.
