摘要
文章对近代苏南族田的保护进行专门研究。近代苏南宗族在族田的建置、存续以及受侵害或遭战乱破坏等不同阶段,结合自身和官府两方面的力量,综合运用多种方法对族田实施保护,宗族对族田的保护体制堪称完备。
The article conducts the special study on the modern Southern Jiangsu clan fields＇ protection. In modern time, the clans in the southern Jiangsu combining self-powder with the official authority, applys synthetically many kinds of measures to protect clan fields, this involves different situations such as establish- ing clan fields and meantaining it, or while the fields suffering encroaching as well as destroying of wars. The protection system to the clan fields can be called complete.
