摘要
从Fick第二定律出发,建立了适用于双层辉光离子渗W,Mo的数学模型,并通过20#钢渗W,Mo实验进行验证。结果表明该数学模型与实验结果拟合性好,能用来描述离子渗W,Mo的过程。
A mathematical model for plasma tungstenizing and molybdenumizing of 20 # carbon steel by double glow discharge was given according to Ficks law of diffusive process. This model was tested by the 20 # carbon steel experiment. The results show that the model can describe the plasma tungstenizing and molybdenumizing process well.
