摘要
分析了奥氏体锰钢和４５＃钢的焊接性，制定了切实可行的焊接工艺措施及焊接规范，并对接头进行了金相组织的分析和力学性能的测试，获得了满意的结果。
In this paper,the weldability of dissimilar steels between austenitic manganese steel and 45 # carbon steel is analysed.The reliable measures of welding technologies and welding parameters are made up.The microstructures of this kind of welded joint are observed and its mechanical properties are tested.A satisfied result is gained.
