摘要
通过分析结晶轮工况，讨论结晶轮失效形式，结晶轮低循环热——机械疲劳机理、结晶轮高温热疲劳，找出影响结晶轮使用寿命的相关因素，制订出生产中延长结晶轮寿命的途径和措施。
Through the introduction about working conditions of crystallizer wheel,the author made some discussions about the fatigue style of crystallizer wheel,low cycle heat——mechanism of fatigue,hot fatigue of wheel in high temperature,meanwhile,found the relative factors which affect the service life of wheel,and made the measures to prolong service life of crystallizer wheel.
