A Summary of the Research on Chinese Lici and Liyu in the Last Twenty Years

二十世纪九十年代以来,语言学界开始关注詈词詈语的整体研究,至世纪之交,研究呈现出一个小高潮,出现了一批研究成果。这些成果主要涉及詈词詈语的定义阐释、动机来源、分类情况、表现形式、表达艺术、功能作用、文化意蕴和发展趋势八个方面。研究中最大的分歧便是詈词詈语的定义。

Since the 1990s, the linguistic community began to pay attention to the comprehensive study on Lici and Liyu. At the turn of the century, studies came to a climax, and a number of treatises emerged. The content of the studies mainly include definition, sources, classification, forms, delivered art, functions, curtureand trend of development. The biggest divergence in the studies is the definition of Lici and Liyu.
