摘要
用MonteCarlo法和填充法模拟球铁的共晶生长.在相对生长速率比分别为1.4,2.0,2.4,3.0条件下,模拟对球化率,球墨大小及其组成的影响;同时还研究了A体壳中晶粒数分别为1,2,4条件下,对A体晶粒大小的影响.模拟研究结果表明,模拟组织形象、逼真、快捷,对研究球铁显微组织的形成具有指导作用.
The eutectic growth of ductile iron is simulated by means of Monte Carlo and filling method,and the effects of the ratio of relative growing rate R A/R G on the spheroidizing,the dimensions of nodular graphite and its ingredient are studied under the condition of R A/R G being 1 4,2 0,2 4,3 0 respectively Meanwhile,the effect of the grain numbers of austenite on the dimensions of austenite gains is simulated when they are 1,2,4 respectively The simulation results indicate that the simulation structure is imagery,vivid and concise,which lays instructive function for the formation of ductile iron structure
