摘要
针对机械加工中切屑处理问题，研究了切屑折断过程及槽型ＣＡＤ专家系统的总体设计、知识表示模式及知识库的设计与实现方法．该系统不仅可以实现折断判断、断屑范围、刀片参数选择等咨询工作，还能根据用户要求设计刀片槽型，为进一步研究切屑折断过程提供了依据．
The general design,the knowledge presentation mode and implementation of the knowledge base of the chip-breaking process and insert groove CAD expert system are introduced,by which the chip-breaking-judging,chip-breaking-range and insert-groove-selecting according to the demand of users can be realized,and which provides reference for further study of chip-breaking process
