摘要
分析了目前扫路车扫刷触地的结构,指出了该类结构的扫路车在进行清扫作业时其扫刷触地压力难以保证均匀一致,存在扫刷磨损快、清扫效率低的缺陷;提出了在扫盘与马达传动之间增加一套压力测试机构,采用机、电、液相结合的设计方法,实现自动调整来控制扫刷的触地压力;介绍了该扫刷触地压力自控装置的结构原理,触地压力计算方法及关键元器件的选用。
