业务外包是许多工商企业降低经营运作成本,提高服务水平和运作效率,取得竞争优势的必然选择。那么如何开展物流业务外包,加强物流业务的外包管理,本文就此作初步分析探讨,以便更好发挥物流外包优势。
It is a sure option of business outsourcing for many industrial and commercial enterprises to lower their operating costs improving their service and efficiency and to acquire the competitive advantage. However, how to deploy logistics outsourcing to enhance the management for logistics operation falls on this article, which approaches such field in an attempt to implement the preference for logistics outsoursing.
