摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备掺Fe的Ti02复合催化剂,选择液固相流化床型光催化反应器,以20W紫外灯为光源,考察了光照时间、pH、通气量、催化剂投加量对饮用水深度处理的影响。结果表明,掺Fe的TiO2复合催化剂对饮用水的处理效果最好,当光照为30 min,pH为中性,通气量为1 000 ml/min,催化剂投加量为2.0 g/L时,COD去除率可达到62%以上。
Fe-doped TiO2 composite catalyst was prepared by Sol-Gel method. The effect of the drinking water advanced treatment by using 20W ultraviolet lamp in fluidized bed-type catalytic converter of liquid-solid phase were researched through the illumination time, pH value, ventilatory volume, catalyst added quantity. The results showed that the Fe-doped TiO2 composite catalyst had better treatment of drinking water,when the illumination time is 30 min, pH is neutral,ventilation volume is 1 000 ml·min^-1, the dosage is 2 g·L^-1,the removal rate of COD could reach more than 62%.
