摘要
目的提高检验工作效率和质量,提高病人对医院的满意度。方法建设检验信息系统,同时通过业务流程重组实现检验业务流程的优化。结果有效减少了检验工作中的人工干预,降低了医疗差错,提高了检验工作的效率和病人的整体满意度。结论建设检验信息系统、实施业务流程重组是医院提高工作效率、质量和满意度的有效措施。
Objective To improve laboratory work efficiency and quality, improve the patient＇s satisfaction towards the hospital. Methods The process of laboratory work was optimized by construction of construction laboratory information system and through business process reengineering. Results Effectively reduced the artificial intervention in laboratory work, lowered mistakes in medical treatment, and also raised the efficiency of the laboratory work and the whole satisfaction of the patient. Conclusion The construction of laboratory information system and implementing business process reengineering are effec ive measures that can be taken by hospitals to improve work efficiency, quality and satisfaction.
