马勃用热水提取,从提取物中除去蛋白质及核酸便可得马勃多糖粗品.此粗品与 CTAB(溴代十六烷基三甲胺)络合,再经 DEAE—纤维素和 Sephadex G—75柱层析可得白色粉末—马勃多糖精品.体外实验表明马勃多糖对移植内瘤 S—180细胞具有明显的抑制作用.

From puffball,a polysaccharide is extracted with hot water andpurified by deproteinization,removal of nucleic acid.The product isfurther purified by CTAB.It shows a single spot when identified by meansof paperchromatography and agarose electrophoresis and a single peakwhen identified by sephadex G—75 gel filtration.But two peaks areshown when identified by DEAE-cellulose column chromatography.TheMolecular weight being 115.000 when determined by sephadex G—200gel filtration.The experimentation in vitro indicates that this polysaccharide has anevident inhibition action on the cells of the implanted tumor sarcoma 180.
