压疮湿性愈合疗法护理研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 压疮，也称压力性溃疡，是指局部组织长期受压，血液循环障碍，组织营养缺乏，致使皮肤失去正常功能，从而引起组织破损和坏死。压疮一旦发生，经久不愈，不仅给病人带来痛苦，降低病人的生活质量，增加护理工作量和工作难度，如出现特大压疮还常久治不愈，出现严重感染、全身衰竭甚至危及病人生命。湿性愈合疗法，作为一种新理念、新方法，该疗法在压疮的局部护理中越来越受到重视。湿性愈合疗法是在无菌条件下，湿润有利于创面上皮细胞形成，
