摘要
介绍当代先进制造技术领域———电子电路组装中第四代组装技术ＳＭＴ、设计制造一体化技术和柔性集成制造技术的应用，并通过对国内外在该技术领域中的对比，指出我国在军事电子领域发展相关技术的重要性。
This paper introduces the field of the advanced manufacture technology at present,SMT(surface mount technology)the forth generat on of assembly technology.Design and Manufacture integrated technology,And the application of FMS(flexible manufacture System)in the electronic circuit assembly .Compared with technology both at home and abroad,point out the importance of the related technology developing in the field of army electronic.
