计算机通信网的管理技术与ＣＡＴＶ／ＨＦＣ宽带网的结合，可构成高效、便利且适合民众消费的多媒体传输系统——视缆以太网。如何构造适应视缆树形拓扑的以太网数据链路层，是本文论述的重点。

The combination of the management techniques of computer communication network and CATV/HFC widthband network may constitute a kind of multimedia transmition system — TV cable Ethernet, which is quite efficient, easy to use and adaptable to the common people's consume. This paper is mainly concerned with the way how to construct a data link layer which is adaptable to Ethernet of tree topological in TV cable.
