This paper details a new type surface acoustic wave voltage controll oscillator (SAWVCO).Its center frequency is 75MHz and range of voltage controll frequency is 1MHz. It has a good output power and the output power difference of all voltage controll is less than 1dBm. It has low phase noise:single sideband phase noise at the 1kHz offset from carrier is less than -100dB/Hz.
