摘要
本文用肠卷石蜡切片的嗜银反应,亲银反应,对20只花背蟾蜍的胃、十二指肠、空肠等嗜银和亲银细胞的分布及形态作初步观察,结果:嗜银和亲银细胞在十二指肠和胃幽门部密度最大,由空肠到(?)肠其密度逐渐减少,在胃腺和肠腺的嗜银和亲银细胞密度高,而绒毛则稀少.在结缔组织里发现也有少量的嗜银和亲银细胞.细胞形状不规则,有突起.在胞质和突起都充满着嗜银和亲银颗粒.嗜银和亲银颗粒在细胞外有时可见到,故这些细胞可能属于内、外内分泌细胞.
A distribution and morphology of argyophil and argentaffin cells instomachus and small intestine of 20 toads were studied by means of Huang'smethod of argyrophil reaction and Sinph's method of argentaffin reactionson paraffin sections of intestine rolls,The results are as follows:Thedensity of argyrophil and argentaffin cells in toad small intestine is thehighest in the duodenum and stomachus pyloricus progressively decreasesfrom jejunum to ilem.The argyrophil and argentaffin cells are highestin epithelium mucosae of stomachus gland and intestinal gland and areseldom found in chorion.Some argyrophil and argentaffin cells can befound in connective tissue of the lamina propria.The cells are irregularin shape and possesses processes.There are argyrophil and argentaffingranules in perikaryon and the processes and occasionally outside the cells.Argyrophil and argentaffin cells may have both endocrine and exocrinefunctions.
