原发性肝细胞癌患者血清巨噬细胞移动抑制因子水平与血管内皮生长因子和临床病理的关系 被引量:2

Expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor and its relationship with serum vascular endothelial growth factor and clinicopathological features in primary hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)患者血清中巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)的表达水平及其与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和临床病理的关系。方法用ELISA检测和对比分析79例HCC患者、35例慢性乙型肝炎(简称“慢性乙肝”)患者和50名健康对照者血清中MIF和VEGF水平。结果HCC组、慢性乙型肝炎组和健康对照组血清MIF水平分别为48.1(19.0~120.2)、22.0(10.1~52.1)、19.3(9.0~41.6)汕g/L;3组血清中VEGF水平分别为1071.8(296.8~6721.9)、642.5(123.0~853.5)、644.1(105.2—838.1)ng/L。HCC组血清中MIF和VEGF表达水平高于慢性乙型肝炎组和健康对照组(Z=3.23、3.01,P均〈0.01,Z=2.29、2.25,P均〈0.05)。HCC组的MIF水平与病理分期、肿瘤大小、肿瘤转移和组织分化程度有关(r=0.403、0.390、0.405、0.381,P均〈0.01);且HCC组血清VEGF水平与病理分期、肿瘤转移有关(r=0.400、0.610,P均〈0.01)。同时,MIF水平与VEGF水平变化呈正相关(r=0.412,P〈0.01)。结论血清MIF升高与VEGF升高相关,MIF和VEGF在HCC发展进程中可能促进肿瘤的生长和转移。 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum levels of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and clinieopathological features in primary hepatoeellular carcinoma ( HCC ). Methods The serum concentrations of MIF and VEGF were detected by ELISA in 79 HCC patients, 35 chronic hepatitis patients with HBsAg positive and 50 healthy controls. Results The serum concentrations of MIF were 48. 1 ( 19. 0 - 120. 2) μg/L, 22. 0( 10. 1 -52. 1 ) μg/L and 19. 3 (9. 0 -41.6)μg/L in the HCC patients, hepatitis patients and normal controls, respectively. The serum concentrations of VEGF were 1 071.8 ( 296. 8 - 6 721.9 ) ng/L, 642. 5 ( 123.0 - 853.5 ) ng/L and 644. 1 (105.2- 838. 1 ) ng/L for VEGF in these three groups respectively. The serum level of MIF was significantly higher in HCC than in chronic hepatitis patients with HBsAg positive and healthy controls (Z = 3.23, 3.01 ,P 〈 0. 01, respectively). The serum level of VEGF was higher in HCC than in those with HBsAg positive and healthy controls ( Z = 2. 29, 2. 25, P 〈 0. 05, respectively). The serum concentration of MIF in HCC was related to the stage, tumor size, metastasis status and tissue differentiation ( r = 0. 403, 0.390,0.405,0.381, P 〈 0.01), and VEGF in HCC was related to the stage and metastasis status (r =0. 400, 0. 610, P 〈0. 01 ,respectively). The level of MIF was positively correlated with that of VEGF ( r = 0. 412, P 〈0.01 ). Colaelusions The serum level of MIF is correlated with the levels of VEGF in HCC patients. The results indicate that MIF and VEGF might be related to the growth and metastasis of HCC.
