B型利钠肽在非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术中的临床应用价值

摘要 B型利钠肽(BNP)作为近年发现的心肌标志物,其机制作用以及临床价值越来越受到关注。在扩张性心肌病中,心室肌有较高的BNP表达。Goetze等学者通过对心脏外科搭桥手术患者心肌活检,显示冠心病且不伴有左室充血性扩张的患者,心室中同样会有BNPmRNA的高水平表达,且与外周血中BNP浓度有显著相关性。BNP对心脏外科手术预后的评价作用有待进一步研究。
