摘要
对于用常规工艺制作的大面积太阳能电池,需要经常对电池的并联电阻进行监测。文章描述的从电流的直流模型导出的并联电阻测量方法,只需将电池测量中的部分I-V数据进行处理,即可得出电池的并联电阻。
Shunt resistance of large area solar cells manufactured with conventional process must be measured frequently.A measuring method for the shunt resistance derived from direct current model is described,which can be obtained simply by treating a part of I-V data during the measurement.
