支气管哮喘患者呼出气冷凝液中氮氧化物的研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过呼出气冷凝液(exhaled breath condensate,EBC)研究支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)患者气道炎症的技术受到关注,该技术无创、易行、重复性好。EBC中氮氧化物与哮喘发病密切相关,哮喘患者慢性持续期EBC中氮氧化物研究相对较多,急性发作期较少,本研究通过探讨EBC中氮氧化物在哮喘急性发作期和缓解期的水平,进一步了解其与哮喘发病关系、病情变化及肺功能的关系。
