射频治疗面部脂溢性皮炎疗效观察

Curative effect of facial dermatitis seborrheica treated with nonablative radiofrequency

目的观察射频治疗脂溢性皮炎的疗效。方法80例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用射频治疗仪，治疗能量为20—300J，每周2次，连续治疗4周。对照组口服维胺酯胶囊25mg，3次／d，30d为1个疗程。结果射频治疗组有效率为90％，对照组为67．5％，两组比较差异有显著的统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论射频治疗面部脂溢性皮炎组优于维胺酯胶囊组，是一种可选择用于治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的较安全、有效的方法。

Objective To observe the results of facial dermatitis seborrheica treated with radiofrequency. Methods Eighty patients with dermatitis seborrheica were divided randomly into two groups, the RF group and the control group. The patients in the RF group accepted the treatment of radiofrequency at 20 - 300 J, twice a week for 4 weeks; While the others in the control group were treated with Viaminatc treatment at 25 mg, three times a day for a month. Results The effective rate of the RF group was 90%, while that of the control group was 67.5%. There was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05） between two groups. Conclusion Radiofrequency is an effective and safe treatment method for the patients with dermatitis seborrheica.
