H.263是关于低于64 kbit/s的极低速率视频编码的国际标准,主要用于模拟电话网上的视频传输.文章介绍了H.263建议的主要内容,并对H.263的实时实现技术进行分析,提出了H.263计算机模拟算法的改进措施.
H. 263 is the very low bit rate image codec standard of ITU-T, which is used for video transmission on the Public Switched Telephone Network. This paper introduces the main content of H. 263, discusses the real-time implementation technology and gives the method to realize it with some modification.
