摘要
目的探讨在眼睑恶性肿瘤切除术中应用“Z”形皮瓣及推进皮瓣Ⅰ期修复眼睑缺损的方法及疗效。方法自2005年7月至2008年1月，对18例（18只眼）眼睑恶性肿瘤患者行手术切除后，设计外眦部延长“Z”形皮瓣，使形成的颞侧眼睑推进皮瓣向鼻侧移位，修补眼睑缺损区。结果18例（18只眼）眼脸恶性肿瘤患者术后眼睑外观及功能恢复良好，瘢痕不明显，术后随访3个月至2年，未见复发。结论选择性应用外眦部延长“Z”形皮瓣Ⅰ期修复眼睑缺损，可较好地恢复眼睑的形态和功能，具有良好的临床疗效。
Objective To explore the application of Z-flap in eyelid malignant tumor ectomy, improve primary repairing method of eyelid coloboma with skin flap and evaluate its curative effect. Methods From July 2005 to January 2008, the lengthened Z-flap in angulus oculi lateralis was designed to form advanced skin flap which was moved to nasal side to repair the eyelid coloboma caused by eyelid malignant tumor ectomy in 18 patients （18 eyes ）. Results After 3 months -2 years＇ follow-up postoperatively, all patients were satisfied with good appearance and functional recovery of eyelid, concealed scar and no recurrence. Conclusion Elective application of the Z-flap in angulus oculi lateralis in primary repair of eyelid coloboma can recover eyelid appearance and function. The clinical effect is excellent.
