A型肉毒毒素在治疗上面部动力性皱纹中的应用

The application of Botulinum Toxin type A in treatment of upper facial dynamic wrinkles

目的探讨A型肉毒素在治疗上面部动力性皱纹中的疗效。方法用生理盐水将A型肉毒毒素稀释至100μ／ml，针对患者皱纹的分布及范围，适量注射到相应上面部表情肌（额肌、皱眉肌、鼻横肌、眼轮匝肌）内。结果所有20例患者均效果显著，除1例于首次注射后3d出现轻微头痛，余均未出现并发症。结论A型肉毒毒素是注射治疗上面部动力性皱纹的有效方法，该方法操作简单，不良反应小。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Botulinum toxin type A （ Botox A） injection on treatment of upper facial dynamic wrinkles. Methods Botox A was diluted with normal saline to 100 μ/ml, and then the proper dosages of diluted Botox A was injected into the corresponding muscles of facial expression （ frontalis, corrugator, procerus, musculus dormitator） according to the distributing extent and the place of individual wrinkles. Results All the 20 patients gained good results without any complications except 1 was with slight headache at 3 days after injection. Conclusion Proper dosages of Botox A is an effective biopreparate in treating dynamic wrinkles on upper part of the face, it is easy to manipulate with few postoperative complications.
