埋线法鼻尖及鼻翼沟成形的临床观察

Clinical observation on the formation of nasal groove and nasal tip with buried suture

目的尝试通过鼻内切口收紧鼻翼软骨、缩小鼻尖，并显现鼻翼沟的可能性。方法通过鼻翼内缘切口分离部分鼻翼软骨和皮肤的连接，埋线收紧两侧鼻翼软骨的外侧脚，缩窄鼻尖底部并突显鼻翼沟，以达到鼻尖缩小和改形的目的。单独采用此术式或结合鼻尖材料置入，临床治疗25例鼻尖轻中度圆钝的求美者。结果所有患者的鼻尖都得到了明显改善，主要表现为鼻尖的缩小和鼻翼沟的突显，随访1年效果维持良好。结论通过鼻内切口埋线法可以达到鼻尖缩小的目的，是一种有效的微创手术方法。

Objective To study the possibility of contracting the nasal alar cartilage, shortening nasal tip reduction and remolding nasa/ groove through incision inside nasal cavity. Methods Disconnect between nasal alar cartilage and skin was performed through the incision of the inner margin of the nasal wing, lateral cruses on both sides of the nasal wing were contracted, the base of the nasal tip was shortened and the alar groove was remolded with buried suture to achieve the purpose of reshape of the nasal tip. The procedure was used alone or combined with the implant of the nasal tip in 25 patients with slight and moderate fiat and lower nasal tip. Results All patients were satisfied with the shortened nasal tip and apparent nasal groove after 1 year following up. Conclusion It is an effective approach for the nasal tip reduction with the buried suture through inside incision.
