摘要 目的探讨Ceka冠外精密附着体义齿在双侧或单侧牙列缺损修复中的临床效果。方法采用Ceka冠外精密附着体为27例游离端缺失的患者制作附着体义齿,从主观感觉、临床和X线检查三方面观察其修复的效果。结果本组27例患者,均采用Ceka冠外附着体义齿修复,经6个月至2年的随访,其感觉舒适,稳固,咀嚼有力;有利于基牙和支持组织的健康。结论Ceka冠外附着体修复游离端牙列缺损,其稳固性好,取戴方便,是一种较为理想的固位体。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ceka extracoronal precision attachments applied in bilateral or unilateral free-end defect of dentition. Methods Twenty-seven pieces of Ceka precision attachment dentures were manufactured for patients. The effect was observed from subjective sense, clinical and X-rays examinations. Results After 6 months to 2 years following up, all patients who were repaired with Ceka extracoronal precision attachments were satisfied with the comfortable and stable serse, and the powerful chew. All the dentures were beneficial to the health of abutments and sustaining tissues. Conclusion Ceka attachment is a good retainer applied in free-end defect of dentition with good stability, and it is convenient to replace.
