腔内射频消融闭合联合电凝术治疗下肢静脉曲张

The treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremity with intracavitary radiofrequency ablation combined with electric coagulation

目的探讨腔内射频消融闭合联合电凝术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效及在肢体美容方面的应用价值。方法自2008年3月至2009年2月，治疗了37例（43条患肢）原发性大隐静脉曲张患者，其中对大隐静脉主干曲张采用腔内射频消融闭合术，对属支静脉曲张采用电凝术。结果37例患者的患肢无切口，平均住院1．5d，手术均获成功。治疗后随访1～11个月，未出现复发及其他严重并发症。结论腔内射频消融闭合术联合电凝术具有术式简便、微创、安全、疗效可靠及使患者康复快、住院时间短等优点，是治疗下肢静脉曲张并获得美观肢体的较好方法。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of intracavitary radiofrequency ablation combined with electric coagulation fortreating varicose veins of the lower extremity and its cosmetic application. Methods From March 2008 to February 2009, 37 cases （43 limbs） with varicose of greater saphenous vein were treated with this mothed. The trunks of the greater saphenous vein were treated with intracavitary radiofrequency ablation and branches with electric coagulation. Results All the operations of 36 patients succeeded without skin incision. The average length of hospital stay was 1.5 days. After 1 - 11 months follow-up, all 37 patients were satisfied without any complications and clinical recurrence. Conclusion Intracavitary radiofrequency ablation combined with electric coagulation is a new therapy for varicose veins with its advantages of easy operation, minimal invasion, safety, rapid recovery, shorter hospital stay and satisfactory cosmetic effect.
