运用计算机三维重建及模拟技术矫正颧骨不对称畸形 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨计算机三维重建及模拟技术在颧骨不对称畸形中精确骨量差别及准确选择术式方面的应用。方法对10例颧骨不对称畸形患者行CT扫描,用计算机进行三维重建。将健侧颧骨图形以正中矢状面为轴面,按镜像关系对称变换到患侧,经透明化及布尔运算测定骨量差别;采用不同的术式进行手术模拟,最终选择合适的术式进行常规手术。结果所有患者在获得直观、精确的三维重建图形及准确的模拟术式后再进行手术操作,既缩短了手术时间、提高了手术精度,又获得了满意的术后效果。结论计算机三维重建及模拟技术的应用有助于提高颧骨不对称畸形的诊断精度和术式的准确选择,是矫正颌面部不对称畸形的良好辅助手段。 Objective To discuss the application of computer 3D reconstruction and computer simulation techniques in determining the accurate quantitation of zygoma differences and selecting appropriate surgery methods for correcting malformation of asymmetric zygoma. Methods Computer tomography scanning and 3D reconstruction were performed on 10 patients with malformation of asymmetric zygoma preoperatively. The figures of the normal zygoma were transferred symmetrically to the affected side with the median sagittal plane as axis plane. After transparence process and Boolean operation, the accurate quantitation of zygoma differences were determined, different simulating operations were performed and the optimal operative style was selected. Results After obtaining intuitive, accurate 3D reconstruction graphs and accurate simulated surgery procedures, actual surgery procedures were performed in all cases. As a result, the operation time was shortened, precision of operation was improved and postoperative results were satisfied. Conclusion The application of computer 3D reconstruction and computer simulation techniques improves diagnostic precision and operation planning selection in malformation of asymmetric zygoma, which is a good aided method in treatment of malformation of craniofacial asymmetry.
