全麻与椎管内麻醉在膀胱侧壁肿瘤电切中的应用价值

Application of General Anesthesia and Intrathecal Anesthesia in Transurethral Resection of Bladder Lateral Wall Tumor

目的:比较全麻和椎管内麻醉在膀胱侧壁肿瘤电切中的应用价值。方法:对30例侧壁膀胱肿瘤患者施行电切术,其中23例采取全麻(全麻组).7例采取椎管内麻醉(椎麻组)。结果:全麻组中无一例发生闭孔反射,椎麻组中,2例因闭孔反射致膀胱穿孔.改行开放手术。结论:全麻在膀胱侧壁肿瘤电切中是一种经济、安全、有效的麻醉方法。

Objective：To investigate the application of the two different anesthesia in the transurethral resection of bladder wall tumor. Methods：30 patients with bladder lateral wall tumor were divided into two groups. 23 patients were under general anesthesia. 7 patients were under intrathecal anesthesia. Results： None of the general anesthesia group was happened obturator nerve reflex, but two of the intrathecal anesthesia group were converted to open surgery because of bladder perforation resulting from obturator nerve reflex. Conclusions：General anesthesia was an economic, safe and effective method in the transurethral resection of bladder lateral wall tumor .
