膀胱炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤1例

摘要 患者，男，48岁。尿频、尿急、尿痛1个月，伴全程肉眼血尿11天入院。B超示膀胱实性占位性病变。IVP示双肾双输尿管显影良好，膀胱内可见充盈缺损。在连续硬膜外麻醉下手术。术中见肿瘤形态不规则，直径约5cm，有蒂，蒂长约0．5cm，宽约2．0cm，位于膀胱前壁与顶壁交界处。行膀胱部分切除术，切除连同蒂周围2cm正常组织，切除基底至深肌层。术后病理检查：镜下见肿瘤细胞呈梭型，核圆，核染色质淡，间质水肿，
